Smith, at 27 years old, is the youngest MP in parliament. She won with a
majority of 7,348, as Labour polled just 6,243 compared to more than 21,000 at
the last general election.
On her website, Smith says that her role at the firm as given her experience
in Whitehall, the City and with not-for-profit organisations. She is seconded
from the firm.
Former Norwich North MP Ian Gibson had stepped down from the role.
