New MSc gets seal of approval

A new Masters degree in management consultancy has been developed by the Management Consultancy Business School in collaboration with the University of Surrey.

The course programme was overseen by the IMC and the MCA through a steering committee whose members included Richard Popple MIMC CMC, IMC vice president and Paul Brown, IMC professional registrar.

The MSc is part-time over three years, with distance learning and workshops, and uses a new text book published specifically for the course by Kogan Page. It focuses on raising the value that clients receive from consultants and covers consultancy, economics, management, methodologies, customer-driven business generation as well as relational and change management skills.
