    Ex-Kingfisher FD joins ASB

    Two new members for the Accounting Standards Board

    The former finance director of Kingfisher and current group finance director of Lloyds TSB, Helen Weir, has joined the Accounting Standards Board.

    Weir is joined by Marisa Cassoni, group finance director of the Royal Mail. Sir Bryan Nicholson, chairman of the Financial Reporting Council, expressed his ‘delight’ with the appointments.

    ‘I welcome Marisa and Helen and believe their wealth of experience will add greatly to what is already a very strong board,’ he said.
