    Begbies to tap South East corporate finance market

    New operation launched by mid-tier firm

    Mid-tier firm Begbies Traynor Group has launched a new corporate finance
    operation to advise clients in London and the South East.

    The team will be lead by chartered accountant and corporate financier Peter
    Petyt, 42, supported by colleagues Jonathan Ruffell and Simon Woodcock

    The team is expected to grow to around 12 professionals within a year to 18
    months.

    It will provide services related to finance raising and mergers and
    acquisitions, and also focus on turnarounds and distressed debt.
