E-business specialists merge

Business to business e-commerce applications provider Entegrity Solutions and web-based management solutions provider Gradient Technologies have agreed to merge.

The new company, Entegrity Solutions, will specialise in providing B2B security product and service solutions.

‘The B2B e-commerce market is set to explode, exceeding the business to consumer market by an order of magnitude,’ said the new company’s president and CEO, Dave Martin.

According to International Data Corporation, the B2B e-commerce market will grow rapidly from $111bn in 1999 to $1.3bn in 2003.
