Grant Thornton appoints two new partners

Mid-tier firm boosts partnership team with recovery and reorganisation division appointments

Grant Thornton has appointed two new partners within its recovery and
reorganisation division.

Matt Dunham joins from BDO Stoy Hayward while Giles Newman has been promoted
within the firm’s healthcare team.

Scott Barnes, CEO of Grant Thornton, said that the taxing economic conditions
has led to the expansion of the recovery and reorganisation division.

‘There is an increasingly international element to much of the work we’re
being asked to do and we continue to look for specialists in certain sectors and
fields to expand the team,’ he said.
