Richard & Judy have won their tax battle with the taxman over agents’
Sources close to the case said that the Special Commissioners had given their
verdict this morning, deciding in favour of the celebrity couple that they
should be able to deduct agents’ fees from their taxable salary.
HM Revenue & Customs had tried to claim that television stars could not
deduct the fees, whereas singers and musicians amongst others can.
