An English ICA tribunal this week expelled one of its members following his conviction by a criminal court of rape. Geoffrey John Simpson of High Street, Orpington was unable to attend the disciplinary hearing as he is currently serving a 14-year prison sentence. Simpson was fined £2,238 by the tribunal with a recommendation he is not re-admitted to the profession for seven years.
