Malcolm Bacchus has been appointed joint executive director of the Pathfinder group of companies, which is involved in urban property redevelopment throughout the UK. Bacchus remains finance director of The Childcare Corporation. Previously he ran his own management consultancy group. He was chairman of the London Society of Chartered Accountants in 1993 and continues to be involved in a number of English ICA and LSCA committees.
