PricewaterhouseCoopers has appointed Richard Setchim to head a new group focusing on solvent liquidations – providing an alternative to court sanctioned schemes for extracting and transferring value in corporate restructuring.
Previously Setchim acted as global operations leader for Landwell, the firm’s network of associated law firms, having been instrumental in its establishment in 1998.
