Technology finance director joins Big Five firm
Ernst & Young has hired a technology expert to boost its technology and communications practice in the Midlands.
Julian Jenkins joins E & Y from Blue Wave Systems , a technology company where he was finance director and European president.
Richard King, E & Y’s regional managing partner, said: ‘This appointment represents a significant step in our plan to expand our technology team to match the increasing demand of technology companies within the central regions.’
Jenkins, who trained with PwC, where he spent nine years, will work throughout the east and west Midlands, East Anglia and the Northern Home Counties.
He has specialisms in telecommunications software and hardware, e-commerce and experience in both private and public finance.
