Stuart V.M. Campbell, KPMG’s global managing partner for its audit &
advisory services centre (AASC), has been given the additional role of global
chief information officer at the Big Four firm, Mike Rake, chairman of KPMG
International, has announced.
Campbell, 53, will lead KPMG’s global technology initiatives and will also be
a member of the international executive team and the global audit steering group
He will continue to be involved in the leadership of the AASC.
‘It is my belief that global technologies must be relevant and sufficiently
user-friendly, so that our audit, tax and advisory professionals have the
necessary tools to carry out their responsibilities efficiently and productively
for KPMG’s member firm clients,’ Campbell said.
