PricewaterhouseCoopers has acquired Studio Interactive, a Dallas-based provider of multimedia solutions geared toward helping companies develop and design Web sites, in the latest in a series of investments in Web design and development companies. Studio Interactive helps companies develop user-friendly interactive Web sites that reflect and support a company’s positioning and brand. It also provides companies with services to enhance customer experience by implementing the latest Web-enabled technologies. “Studio Interactive’s strength in digital design complements our e-business solution offering,” said Andy Zimmerman, global e-business leader of PwC’s management consulting services practice. “We have experience in developing strategy and infrastructure for e-business and are looking at companies that provide Web development to round out our services.”
