PricewaterhouseCoopers has appointed Chris Lemar to head up its dispute analysis & investigations 150-strong UK team. The team specialises in expert witness provision, investigative services of suspected fraud, intellectual property services, insurance claims services, construction disputes services and information technology support for the management of disputes. Lemar also heads PwC’s insurance claims services and construction disputes resolution services practices across Europe. He has acted as an expert witness in a wide range of insurance and construction claims and appeared before international arbitration tribunals. Also at PwC, Barry Gilbertson, a partner, has been appointed the chairman of the newly created RICS Strategy and Resources Board. Gilbertson leads the PwC UK financial advisory service real estate practice.
