AIM company beefs up finance function by bringing in Linde Group stalwart to spur growth and profitability
Oxford Catalysts has brought in Susan Robertson as its new CFO.
The
AIM-quoted
company said: ‘Oxford Catalysts, the leading catalyst innovator for clean
fuels, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Susan Robertson, FCA as
chief financial officer, with immediate effect.’
Robertson replaces Paul Barnes who has served as part-time finance director
since the Group’s admission to AIM in April 2006. Barnes will be stepping down
from the Board after a suitable handover period.
Robertson joins Oxford Catalysts after 17 years at The BOC Group (now Linde
Group).
The incoming FD said: ‘I’m excited to be joining this dynamic organisation
with such a bright future. I look forward to using my financial and industry
experience to help Oxford Catalysts continue its rapid growth in revenue, and
accelerate towards
profitability.’
