Darren Shapland has start date announced
Darren Shapland, the CFO-elect at retailer Sainsbury’s, is to start his new job on the 1st of August, the company said today.

Shapland is currently finance director at Carpetright.
His appointment at Sainsbury’s was announced in March after current CFO Roger Matthews announced his intention to retire.
