Weir Group FD Chris Rickard took home £304,521 in 2004 – his first year with the engineering company.
Rickard, the company’s second-highest paid director after chief executive Mark Selway, received a basic salary of £304,207 and £314 in benefits.
Weir Group’s turnover for 2004 was up 6.8% to £847.6m. Pre-tax profit, before goodwill and exceptionals, was also up, climbing 2.8% to £58.3m.
