Ward said: ‘The Faculty provides an invaluable service to corporate financiers, helping to ensure best practice throughout the industry. I look forward to working with the Faculty to broaden its scope and appeal further – in particular helping to introduce an advanced corporate finance qualification, which will be a major attraction for corporate financiers everywhere, in advisory firms, investment banks and corporates, both here and overseas.’
The faculty has over 5,000 members and contributes to many governmental and regulatory consultations. It provides a wide range of services, events and publications to support professional excellence in corporate finance.
