    PwC/SAP new program

    PricewaterhouseCoopers and SAP are to collaborate on new banking applications. Known as Strategic Enterprise Management solutions, the programs will let financial institutions track and analyse profit levels. The first module will ship in August.

    KPMG goes for Taxsoft KPMG’s corporation tax faculty is to implement Taxsoft’s Tax Administrator for Windows and Corporation Tax software. KPMG’s head of tax Ian Barlow said the firm chose Taxsoft to upgrade its DOS-based packages because of its technical functionality and Taxsoft’s reputation as a tax systems supplier.

    EMS releases Excel add-in Business intelligence software specialist European Management Systems has announced the release of ActiveSlice Excel Add-in, which will allow Excel users to access Microsoft’s OLAP server database. Priced #99, the product allows data to be viewed in multiple dimensions and ‘nested’ in multiple columns.
