Music company EMI Group has appointed the former global head of the
entertainment and media practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kevin Carton, as a
According to reports in the Hollywood Reporter, EMI expects Carton
will become chairman of its audit committee when current non-exec Kathleen
O’Donovan completes her three-year term in November.
Carton, who retired from PwC in 2004 after 34 years with the company, will
take up the EMI post on 1 February.
