Former PwC man joins EMI as non-exec

EMI appoints former PwC entertainment practice head as non-executive director

Kevin Carton is the new non-executive director at EMI Group

Music company EMI Group has appointed the former global head of the
entertainment and media practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kevin Carton, as a
non-executive director.

According to reports in the Hollywood Reporter, EMI expects Carton
will become chairman of its audit committee when current non-exec Kathleen
O’Donovan completes her three-year term in November.

Carton, who retired from PwC in 2004 after 34 years with the company, will
take up the EMI post on 1 February.
