David Arnold to move on in March
The group FD of housebuilder
Redrow
will leave the company in March.
David Arnold, who spent seven years with the business, said his time had been
“enjoyable and fulfilling”.
Chairman Steve Morgan thanked him for his efforts at the business.
“On behalf of the board I would like to express our thanks for his
significant contribution and wish him every success in the future.”
In the autumn Redrow launched a £150m rights issue; amended its debt
facilities down to £250m from £425m; and purchased Harrow Estates and other
assets for £15m.
Its share price was trading up this morning at 133p, a 1% increase on its
opening price.
