E&Y scoops fourth place in Best UK Employer poll
Ernst & Young wins fourth place in The Sunday Times yearly ratings in prestigious best employer survey
Ernst & Young
has won fourth spot
in The
Sunday Times’ annual ‘Best Big Companies To Work For’ poll. The firm also
received special recognition as the most improved organisation during the last
12 months.
E&Y’s UK chairman Mark Otty said: ‘These awards acknowledge the strength
of our culture and our values. Our people are passionate about our firm and the
journey we are on, which is a critical component of the service quality we
deliver to our clients.’
The results of the research, conducted by
Best Companies,
are based on the views and opinions of the employees of the biggest companies in
the UK and ‘clearly shows a workforce that’s excited about where Ernst &
Young is going and feels that they make a valuable, personal contribution to its
success,’ the firm said.
