KPMG strengthens forensics team

KPMG Forensic Services has appointed Hitesh Patel as director of fraud investigations, and has promoted David Luijerink and Glyn Jones to directors of its fraud investigations and expert witness practices.

Patel joins KPMG from The Risk Advisory Group, where he was head of financial and special investigations.

UK head of forensic services Adam Bates said the appointments followed a year of increased turnover for the division.
