INSOL presents integrated insolvency plan
International insolvency group INSOL Europe has today presented European policymakers with a document on the integration of European insolvency practices.

The paper, the Principles of European Insolvency Law, aims to present a framework for future European integration on a European scale. It is also meant to help modernise national insolvency laws.
Insolvency experts around Europe see the work as immensely importance.
The principles were presented at the Cour de Cassation (High Court) in Brussels.
