Mazars strengthens insolvency arm
Top 15 firm Mazars has further strengthened its corporate recovery and insolvency services team with the recruitment of Beth Rees as director of insurance.

Rees has previously worked at Big Four firms PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG and also spent two years on secondment to city watchdog, the Financial Services Authority, where she was the insolvency consultant to the Insurance Directorate.
Chris Ashurst, who leads the Mazars recovery and insolvency team, welcomed Rees’s appointment commenting that it would enhance the firm’s ability to advise the London insurance market with regard to exits for corporate capital vehicles as well as scheme transfers and liquidations.
