New FD for Stanelco
Bioplastics business names new group FD
Susan Bygrave has been appointed as group finance director and member of the
board of Stanelco, effective from 5 January 2009.
Bygrave previously held the position of group FD of VEGA Group, and worked
for Mettoni Group, DCS Group and KPMG, where she qualified as an accountant.
Commenting on the appointment, John Standen, chairman of Stanelco, said
Bygrave’s experience in organic and acquisition growth is invaluable at a time
when the sector is undergoing significant developments.
Stanelco is a bioplastics and radio frequency technology business, producing
biodegradable products under the Bioplast brand. Separate to this, the business
also designs and installs specialist radio freuquency furnaces, welders and
induction equipment.
