John Menzies FD called up to take charge

Chief executive steps down in boardroom shake-up

John Menzies finance director
Paul Dollman has been called up to take responsibility for the corporate head
office after the news distribution and aviation group’s
CEO
stepped down
.

The company’s two units will be run as separate businesses with their own
operating boards.

CEO Patrick Macdonald, who had been at the helm for four years, is not being
replaced.

The news came as the company reported a 3% drop in annual pre-tax profits.

A company spokesman said Macdonald left by mutual consent.
