Pegasus will continue to receive investment and support after consolidator Infor took the company over last year says commercial director Kevin McCallum
The recently-appointed commercial director of
Pegasus Software, Kevin
McCallum has promised his 100,000 UK users that their software will continue to
receive investment and support after consolidator Infor took Pegasus over last
year.
‘Pegasus has been through a period of change since the Infor deal, but the
support is there and there is a clear roadmap for the future of the software,’
McCallum said.
Users have expressed concerns that Infor would simply sit on the large
Pegasus customer base and exploit its extensive reseller network without
investing in the product.
But McCallum insisted that this couldn’t be further from the truth.
‘We have developed a construction solution for the Construction Industry
Scheme, we have created two new versions of our CRM suite and we are working on
new dashboards and web-based document management,’ he said.
McCallum added that the new management structure at Pegasus, with him working
as commercial director alongside operations director Katherine Jobling, placed
the business on a sound footing.
