HaysMac named one of The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work 2025’

HaysMac has been recognised as one of The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ in the Big Organisation category, and winner of the 2025 ‘Industry Award’ in the Business and Management Services – Big Organisations – sector, marking its second consecutive year on the prestigious list.

WorkL – The Sunday Times’ data partner for the list – analysed data from over 500 companies globally and ranked HaysMac’s team scores as ‘excellent’ across the board, making the firm one of 115 companies to be acknowledged in the list of best ‘Big Organisation’.

The 2025 recognition celebrates HaysMac’s continued investment in building a progressive, people-first culture – one where individuals at every stage of their careers feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow.

From junior team members to senior leadership, the firm remains committed to creating an inclusive and engaging workplace.

In addition to its place on the main list, HaysMac won the ‘Industry Award’ for ‘Business and Management Services – Big’ and featured as highly commended in the ‘Best Places to Work for Women’ category.

These acknowledgements reflect the firm’s ongoing efforts to champion gender equity through inclusive leadership, flexible working policies, mentoring schemes, and active support networks.

With a strong female representation at senior levels – 62% of sector heads identifying as female, up 19% from 2024, and 50% of our Management Team identifying as female – and a commitment to career progression for all, HaysMac is working hard to ensure the workplace works for everyone.

The Sunday Times awards are based on in-depth employee feedback and independent analysis of workplace culture, engagement, and development.

HaysMac stood out for its people-first approach, earning top scores in job satisfaction (84%), empowerment (85%), instilling pride at work (83%), and wellbeing (80%).

Over the past year, the firm has continued to evolve its flexible working model, expand its wellbeing offering, and strengthen internal career development pathways – all informed by direct employee input and collaboration.

Commenting on the recognitions, Natasha Frangos, Managing Partner a HaysMac said:

“We’re incredibly proud to be named one of the UK’s best places to work for the second year running. This is recognition of the culture our people have helped shape – one that values collaboration, wellbeing, and meaningful development. Our success is built on the talent, ambition, and wellbeing of our people, and these awards speak to the kind of firm we are, and the future we’re building together.”

The prestigious ranking epitomises what has been an incredibly exciting past 12 months at HaysMac.

In addition to the firm’s major re-brand, this accolade follows eprivateclient’s ‘Top Accountancy Firms’ for 2024 – an annual listing of the best UK tax advisory firms providing advice to domestic and international private clients, their businesses and their families.
