Gravita, the full-service accountants for growth businesses, announces four new partners as the Top 30 firm doubles down on its growth ambitions. This follows Gravita’s recent move to a new headquarters in Aldgate in the City of London, relocating its more than 400-strong London-based team of professionals under one roof.
Gravita has promoted four Directors from its existing team to Partner. Kate Greenhough is a Corporate Tax specialist who becomes Partner in Tax. Nicola Moone becomes Partner in Outsourcing; Elliott Pearl has moved up to Partner in Accounts and Mark Brown becomes Audit Partner. The promotions showcase Gravita’s dedication to nurturing and recognising exceptional talent internally.
“I’m delighted to welcome our four new partners, who have collectively been with us for over 45 years. These promotions all come from within the Gravita team and reflect our strength across tax, audit, accounting and financial outsourcing,” says CEO, Caroline Plumb.
“We have ambitious growth plans and investing in colleagues at all levels will be key to our long-term success as we continue to scale. This is a genuinely important moment for Gravita as we look to the future with excitement and confidence.”
To accommodate its growth ambitions, Gravita has recently moved into a 20,000 sq ft premises in Aldgate, in the City of London, bringing its London-based teams together under one roof for the first time. The office move, completed in April, follows a period of dealmaking for Gravita, which has seen the business join forces with Propel, Carter Backer Winter and Davis Grant to become a Top 30 accountancy firm.
The new office space bucks the trend for companies downsizing in the aftermath of the Covid outbreak and will provide ample space to support the growing number of clients visiting and working from Gravita’s offices, the ability to host top tier events as well as foster a truly collaborative culture as teams work together under one roof to deliver a full service offering to clients.
By moving to a new HQ in the heart of London, Gravita is taking a further step towards becoming the UK’s leading tech-enabled accountancy firm for growth businesses.
