Directors of Baldwins - John Baldwin, David Baldwin and Shaun Knight - have all left the business with immediate effect, Cogital Group has confirmed.
Founder and director of Baldwins, John Baldwin has left the accountancy firm “with immediate effect”, alongside his son David and Shaun Knight – who are also directors, Cogital Group has confirmed.
A spokesperson for Cogital Group said they left at the beginning of the week.
Alyn North, Group Chief Commercial Officer of Cogital Group takes over as CEO.
In an email, a spokesperson for Cogital Group said: “We can confirm that John and David Baldwin and Shaun Knight have retired from the business. Alyn North has taken over as CEO, who brings huge experience to the role.”
Cogital Group declined to comment on the reasons for their departure.
