As of January 1 2019, RSM GmbH’s office in Frankfurt expanded with the addition of six partners and 90 employees from PKF Frankfurt. This merger means that the office is one of RSM’s largest in Germany. RSM GmbH has more than 600 employees across the country and seems to be looking to further establish themselves.
The firm has stated that this move has “enormous strategic relevance owing to its location in one of the most globally-important metropolitan areas”.
Santash Varughese, managing partner of RSM’s Frankfurt office, said: “Along with corporate groups operating internationally, we especially focus on medium-sized companies that highly value individualised care and expect us to have a deep understanding of the specific needs of a medium-sized entity.

The firm’s Frankfurt office caters particularly to medium-sized businesses across all key industry sectors, offering both audit and advisory services.
