Mercer & Hole makes two new appointments

Edward Ellis and Tanya Yeremenko have joined the corporate advisory services team

Mercer & Hole has announced the appointment of two new members to the corporate advisory services team.

Edward Ellis has been appointed as corporate recovery manager, having previously worked at Smith & Williamson in restructuring and recovery services. Ellis will be based at the London office.

Tanya Yeremenko has joined the firm as corporate finance manager. She has worked in KPMG deal advisory in Ukraine and Russia for the past nine years and has experience across a number of areas, including financial services, consumer markets, agriculture, real estate, infrastructure and telecommunications.

Steve Smith, corporate advisory partner at Mercer & Hole, said: “We are delighted to welcome Edward and Tanya to the Corporate Advisory team. In addition to technical expertise, both bring fresh and extensive experience to the team, having worked in different environments and markets. Their experience and knowledge will strengthen our offering and enable us to build further upon our creative solutions-led approach to transactions.”

Mercer & Hole placed at 36 on the Accountancy Age Top 50+50 Accountancy Firms 2017 with total UK fee income of £17.89m.
