He became part of RSM’s senior management in 1996, and is now managing partner on the management board.
He has a significant role in addressing the risk management issues faced by the firm and oversees quality assurance procedures in all RSM offices.

Longe will be pleased with RSM UK’s 2017 performance in which it recorded 9% revenue increase and 15% profits rise. Between 1988 to 2015, RSM operated as Baker Tilly. The firm adopted the name RSM in October 2015 as part of a rebranding initiative to unite firms worldwide under a single global brand.
The firm has 3,500 partners and staff in the UK across 35 offices in the UK.
