Crowe Clark Whitehill has announced the appointment of two new partners to its corporate group and employers advisory services.
Dinesh Jangra has joined the firm from EY, where he held the position of director in EY human capital from September 2013. He takes up the role as head of Global Mobility Services at Crowe Clark Whitehill in the employers advisory services team.
Jangra has 18 years’ experience in providing technical advice and delivering mobility programmes to SMEs and global businesses.
Nigel Bostock, chief executive of Crowe Clark Whitehill, said: “Global mobility is becoming an increasingly critical part of an organisation’s growth plans and aspirations both in the UK and abroad. But for many it can be hugely technical and complex, requiring specialist advice and expertise. Dinesh’s experience will therefore be hugely valuable to our clients, helping them to reduce this complexity and focus their resources more efficiently. His appointment will also further strengthen our growing team. I welcome Dinesh warmly to the partnership and look forward to working with him.”
Jangra said: “I am excited to be leading Crowe’s Global Mobility Services at a time when Global Mobility and the sourcing and deployment of talent is becoming an ever more strategic business priority in the UK and beyond. There remains plenty of opportunity to deploy talent to support business priorities while proactively managing cost and compliance. I look forward to working with the talented team at Crowe to support our clients through their business challenges.”
Rhodri Whitlock has joined the firm as an assurance and advisory partner in the corporate group. He has 21 years’ experience in audit and corporate advisory services and has worked with a wide range of companies, including public-listed organisations, private equity firms and entrepreneurs.
Bostock said: “Rhodri’s experience will play a key role as we continue to strengthen our corporate business team and grow the firm in size and breadth of coverage into 2018 and beyond. Rhodri’s sector skills will be invaluable to our clients and the firm. We welcome him warmly to our partnership.”
Whitlock said: “I am delighted to have joined a firm which values its team and is committed to providing exceptional client service. My areas of focus sit across some of the firm’s established and emerging sector teams. I am looking forward to working with my new colleagues and sharing our combined experience to assist our clients and contribute to the firm’s overall sector led growth.”
Crowe Clark Whitehill has eight offices in UK with over 80 partners. In November last year, the firm announced three partner promotions in the corporate finance and non-profit teams.
