Specialist administrators at Quantuma have been appointed over Manchester law firm Almond Solicitors Ltd.
Andrew Hosking and Sean Bucknall were appointed as joint administrators of Almond Solicitors Ltd on 24 November 2017.
The firm was founded in May 2011, and employed 11 staff.
Quantuma director Sean Bucknall said: “While the firm has had to be placed into administration, it has been possible to secure a sale of the entire business as a going concern to Aticus Law Ltd, which will be the successor practice, thereby ensuring the protection of client interests.”
Aticus Law Ltd has offices in Manchester and Wilmslow.
