A new partner has been appointed as head of global business services at MHA MacIntyre Hudson

A NEW PARTNER has been appointed as the new head of global business services at MHA MacIntyre Hudson.

Tariq Husain has joined the firm to provide essential back office services to clients operating in more than one country. He has a background in outsourced business services and has over 20 years’ practical experience advising and supporting businesses, particularly in international expansion.

Rakesh Shaunak, managing partner and group chairman, commented: “Tariq has the ideal background to build a new offer for international companies that saves them significant time and trouble commissioning these essential accounting services country by country or even office by office. I am delighted to welcome Tariq to the firm.”

The global business services provide a coordinated outsourced solution for accounting functions such as bookkeeping, financial/management accounts, tax compliance, HR & payroll as well as corporate secretarial.

The news comes as MacIntyre Hudson has appointed at least 5 new partners, mainly in London, since August recently including ; John Mendes, Gareth Peters, Ricky Noimark and Alison Conley.

The top 20 firm MacIntyre Hudson is the UK member of Baker Tilly International and has 89 Partners and over 580 staff in fifteen offices across London, the South East, East Anglia, and the Midlands and in the Cayman Islands.
