A new leader, Darra Singh has been appointed to lead EY’s UK government and public sector practice
A NEW LEADER has been appointed to lead EY’s UK government and public sector practice.
Jon Hughes, UK markets leader for EY, said of Darra Singh’s appointment: “Darra brings a wealth of experience in the public-sector arena. He is ideally placed to take our Government and Public Sector practice forward and to help our clients meet the challenges ahead.”
EY’s team advises local authorities, government departments, the NHS and other public bodies on how they can improve their services efficiently.
Singh has led EY’s local and public services team since October 2014 and has over 30 years’ experience working with clients across the public and voluntary sectors. Previously Singh was chief executive at Job Centre Plus as well as Ealing and Luton councils.
Darra Singh commented: “I am extremely proud to take on this role and to lead this team of dedicated and talented individuals.”
