Haysmacintyre promotes two to partner

TWO NEW PARTNERS have been announced at London firm haysmacintyre.

Melanie Pittas and Laura Mott have been promoted to partner, after a combined total of nearly 20 years with the mid-tier practice.

Ian Cliffe, managing partner, said: “Melanie and Laura’s promotions are testament to the commitment and hard work that they have displayed since joining us. Their promotion will strengthen our offering to clients and build on the continued growth and success of the firm.”

Haysmacintyre has had successful growth since 2015, with revenue at 10.3% and recently announced more UK partner promotions, bringing its total to 32.

Pittas is a financial services specialist and is approaching ten years’ experience of working with FCA regulated entities, having joined haysmacintyre as a trainee in 2007. As well as delivering audit and assurance services, including FCA audits, she provided her clients with GABRIEL reporting (the FCA’s online filing system) and setup, financial management and transaction advice.

Pittas said: “Hard work and ambition are both recognised and rewarded at haysmacintyre and our promotions exemplify this.”

Mott has advised AIM and quoted companies, and managed a broad corporate client portfolio including media, technology and financial services companies. As well as statutory audit, she has provided her clients due diligence reports, working capital projections, management accounts and interim financial statement reviews. She joined haysmacintyre as a trainee in 2006.

Mott added: “Partnership at the firm is both a realistic and attractive prospect. I’m thrilled to become a partner at the firm at which I trained and look forward to my future within haysmacintyre.”

The firm won Mid-Tier Firm of the Year’ at the 2014 British Accountancy Awards.
