ONLINE accountancy firm, My Accountant Friend (MAF), has opened its latest office in Birmingham and recruited new partner, Richard Ingledew.
Since its foundation in 2009, the firm has grown and now has eight offices throughout the UK including new offices in Watford and Belfast this year.
Iain Morrison, founder and managing director at My Accountant Friend, said: “MAF has gone from strength to strength over the last 12 months. Having Richard and his years of experience onboard in such an innovative and entrepreneurial city like Birmingham, is an extremely exciting time. Our eyes are on Brighton next and we plan to eventually have a presence down the spine of the UK.”
Based at the Innovation Birmingham Campus, MAF is an online accountancy firm that provides accounts and tax advice to contractors, freelancers, small businesses and start-ups. Their online accounts platform provides each client an accountant who they can talk to; their own personal “accountant friend”.
Richard Ingledew, partner at My Accountant Friend, said: “With over 15 years’ experience of the contractor accountancy marketplace, I am excited to join MAF and am looking forward to growing our presence in the Birmingham region.”
