Top ten firms revealed in the 2016 Best Employer Survey
Accountancy Age reveals the firms that have reached our Best Employer grade for 2016 - and have made the shortlist for the overall Best Employer Award at the British Accountancy Awards
ACCOUNTANCY AGE is delighted to reveal the top ten firms from our 2016 Best Employer Survey.
The 2016 Accountancy Age Best Employer Survey has set out to identify and flag up the best firms to work for in the UK. The project is a joint effort between Accountancy Age and Best Companies Group, and is in its sixth year.
Employer and employee surveys were completed, with the firms being judged on their working environment, training, remuneration and employee benefits packages. The highest-ranked practice will be revealed at the British Accountancy Awards on 29 November at The Brewery.
Kevin Reed, head of editorial at Accountancy Age, said: “Our Best Employer award process is robust and rigorous, so the top firms this year should be very proud that their employees think so highly of their workplace – and meet our benchmark.
