Top 20 accountancy firm MHA MacIntyre Hudson has appointed Justin Moss as partner in its High Wycombe office
TOP 20 accountancy firm MHA MacIntyre Hudson has appointed Justin Moss as partner in its High Wycombe office.
Moss, a chartered accountant, joined the firm in 2009 as a graduate trainee. His specialism is corporate finance, helping clients with fund raisings, acquisitions and disposals, business valuations, share ownership structures and financial due diligence during deals.
He is part of the MHA MacIntyre Hudson corporate finance team, and works alongside Cameron Cook, head of transaction services, on transactions and valuations. Since being made a partner, he will also support the firm’s lead advisory teams based in London, Milton Keynes & Leicester.
