Move will see Wilkins Kennedy take on four members of staff in its Amersham office
WILKINS KENNEDY has confirmed a merger with Amersham-based JR Antoine & Partners, as of 1 June 2016.
The merger came about following the retirement of a senior partner at JR Antoine against the background of an existing relationship with Wilkins Kennedy which, the firm said, “allows for an ideal partnership”.
Wilkins Kennedy will take on four new members of staff, two senior accountants, a tax manager and an admin assistant. They bring with them a wealth of experience and expertise in advisory, planning and other specialist services including auditing, accountancy and taxation.
Stephen Grant, managing partner at Wilkins Kennedy Amersham said “We are delighted to be able to offer clients the additional benefits and range of services that Wilkins Kennedy can provide whilst maintaining the same high quality service clients have been used to at JR Antoine & Partners.”
Richard King, partner at JR Antoine & Partners said “We are a thriving company that has been located in Amersham for decades. Due to the retirement of a senior Partner, we were looking for a firm that could help us continue our growth and Wilkins Kennedy was an excellent match. We are very much looking forward to working with Stephen and the team.”
