The corporate advisory services team will offer transactional, financing and restructuring services

MERCER & HOLE have launched a new corporate advisory service that combines corporate finance and restructuring expertise.

The corporate advisory services team will offer transactional, financing and restructuring services and present options to help businesses grow, develop and, when they need to, take a change of direction.

It includes strategic and performance reviews, due diligence, valuations, raising finance, buying and selling businesses, exit strategies, refinancing, international restructuring and the constructive use of insolvency procedures.

Senior partner, Paul Maberly said “The launch of corporate advisory services cements a working practice of supporting our clients in the most efficient way. By offering corporate finance and restructuring expertise as one, every aspect of a business life cycle can be managed successfully by talking to Mercer & Hole.”
