Veteran tax partner joins Wilkins Kennedy
Former RSM Tenon employee has also worked at Top 50 firms Crowe Clark Whitehill and Armstrong Watson
TOP 20 accountancy firm Wilkins Kennedy has recruited Armstrong Watson employee David Kitson as its latest tax partner for its North Thames region.
Kitson has more than 20 years’ experience in the accountancy industry, having also served as partner at Top 50 firm Crowe Clark Whitehill and RSM Tenon.
He specialises in working with owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs, with both corporate and individual tax affairs and restructuring. His specialist sectors are in manufacturing and travel, including services in tax planning, entrepreneur’s relief and business advisory.
Kitson will be overseeing three Wilkins Kennedy offices in the North Thames region, including Amersham, Hertford and Southend.
The tax partner said that he is looking forward to ‘getting stuck in’ to his new role at the Top 20 firm.
“The firm’s values mirror my own in terms of delivery and one-to-one service and I’m pleased that I will be working much more closely with clients than I have been previously. I like to work with a variety of businesses, understanding their needs, whatever they may be. I’m a problem solver – and there is a lot of that to do in taxation.”
