Nicklin acquires Henn & Westwood
In July 2012, Nicklin acquired Rubery-based Lowe McTernan and in 2013, Woodall Davies Bache
NICKLIN has acquired Henn & Westwood to boost its reach in the Black Country, its first such move for two years.
Henn & Westwood – a small firm of chartered accountants and registered auditors with offices in Wolverhampton and Halesowen – offers a range of management accounts and advice, accounting and auditing, business tax, personal tax and computerised bookkeeping and payroll services – complementing Nicklin’s services for commercial and private clients.
In July 2012, Nicklin acquired Rubery-based Lowe McTernan and in 2013, Woodall Davies Bache.
Managing partner Harvey Owen, said: “This is great news and we are all really pleased that the acquisition has gone through successfully. Just like when we acquired Lowe McTernan, all of Henn & Westwood’s staff have been moved into our premises so there are no redundancies.”
