Haines Watts Liverpool merges with local firm GLF Richards
TOP 20 FIRM HAINES WATTS has completed a merger with Liverpool-based firm GLF Richards & Co.
The firm’s staff is to move across to Haines Watts’ Liverpool office on Victoria Street with immediate effect.
Haines Watts’ Liverpool office provides audit, accountancy and taxation services to owner-managed businesses including professional partnerships, charities and B2B companies.
Director at Haines Watts Liverpool, Russell Silverman, said: “As a firm, we are always looking at ways in which to expand and develop the business and this merger with GLF Richards & Co. has strengthened our position in the market.
“For more than 15 years, [owner] Donna Parry-Richards and her team have built a strong reputation for providing comprehensive accountancy and taxation services, with a strong emphasis on the legal sector, and we believe that this will complement our own legal sector offering.”

Haines Watts Liverpool said it hopes to reveal further expansion plans in the coming months.
