THAMES VALLEY-BASED firm James Cowper has promoted two of its staff to director, with the appointment of Sarah Robert and Stuart Williams.
Williams joined James Cowper in 2003 and its corporate finance team in 2007. He has advised on more than 50 acquisitive and sale transactions totalling more than £400m.
Robert joined the firm in 2009 and heads up the firm’s expatriate services operation, working with international clients. After a stint working overseas, she now advises companies on the best way to send staff overseas on short and long-term assignments, alongside high net worth international families.
James Cowper managing director Robert Holland said: “Both Sarah and Stuart have made significant contributions to the continuing growth of the firm and their respective practice areas. They have strong client followings and are held in high regard by their colleagues and peers. They both well deserve their promotions and our congratulations go to them.”
