RSM's Dohrer to join audit standards body IAASB
Bob Dohrer to hold three-year term at the audit standards body
RSM’s GLOBAL LEADER of quality and risk has joined the international audit standards body IAASB.
Bob Dohrer will serve in a three-year term on the board, and help the IAASB drive quality and strengthen public confidence in assurance and audit.

Dohrer said: “I am honoured to be appointed to the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board. The IAASB plays a vital role in enhancing trust and transparency in the global accounting environment and I look forward to contributing to its work.”
Dohrer became chair of the Forum of Firms in July 2010. Previously, he served as a member of the Transnational Auditors Committee, representing RSM International.
With nearly 25 years of experience in public accounting, Bob Dohrer is the Global Leader, Quality & Risk for RSM International Limited (RSM). He has overall responsibility for the network’s audit and other attest services policies, procedures, and guidance.
Prior to joining RSM, he served at McGladrey & Pullen as its national director of assurance services and international assurance services practice leader.
