BDO boosts consulting team with MorganFranklin UK acquisition
BDO's financial management and technology consulting division boosted by eight-strong team joining
BDO HAS BOOSTED its financial management and technology consulting division with the acquisition of MorganFranklin Consulting. The eight-strong team, which had been led by Hans Christian Iverson, will sit within BDO Consulting.
The deal is recognised by both as building the two firms’ global relationship.
C.E. Andrews, chief executive officer of MorganFranklin Consulting (US), said:
“The deal enhances our relationship with BDO for future global opportunities and support.”
The transfer also sees the appointment of Iverson and Shyam Moorjani as partners.
